What is the MCOECN Cloud and Automation Service Broker?
The MCOECN uses a VMWare product called vRealize Automation, or VRA, to allow ITC staff to perform self-management of your MCOECN hosted Redesign instances.
Through the VRA Service Broker, you can manage the Redesign suite of applications (USAS, USPS, Workflows, and Inventory) that are hosted at MCOECN.
- Deploy new instances (production, testing, training, demo)
- Upgrade existing instances
- Remove instances
