What is the MCOECN Cloud and Automation Service Broker?
The MCOECN uses a VMWare product called vRealize Automation, or VRA, to allow ITC staff to perform self-management of your MCOECN hosted Redesign instances.
Through the VRA Service Broker, you can manage the Redesign suite of applications (USAS, USPS, Workflows, Inventory and ITC Management) that are hosted at MCOECN.
- Deploy new instances (production, testing, training, demo)
- Upgrade existing instances
- Remove instances
